The Women’s Professional Lacrosse League announced today that its inaugural draft will air on Lax Sports Network live from its studio in Woburn, Mass., on Wednesday, August 23. The draft will air at 7:30 p.m., and players will be drafted to the WPLL’s Baltimore Brave, New England Command, New York Fight, Philadelphia Fire or Upstate Pride.
